Hotel terms

WE DO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PRE AUTHORISE CREDIT CARD AT ANY TIME TO CONFIRM BOOKINGS.
A pre-authorisation does not charge the card, however, it will hold the funds on your card until you check-in, when you use this card to settle your invoice.

  • When booking an Advance Purchase Rate your credit card will be charged for the entire stay, we will provide you with a secure payment link and the total cost is completely non-refundable.
  • Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
  • Check-In Time: 3 pm.
  • Check-Out Time: 11 am
  • Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.
  • Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
  • All rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration.

When booking an Advance Purchase Rate your credit card will be charged for the entire stay, we will provide you with a secure payment link and the total cost is completely non-refundable. Cancellation/ no-show or change/modification will result in the forfeiture of the total reservation cost. Booking cannot be modified once confirmed.

Cancellation terms

  • Cancellation is possible until 48 hours prior to arrival day without any charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the first night including the booked services.
  • In the event of a no-show, the booked 1st night and service(s) will be charged in full.
  • The hotel reserves the right to validate credit card authenticity at all times after confirming the booking.
