During your stay…

CHROMECAST STREAMING:

If you booked direclty from our website, you room includes a chromecast device for streaming your favourites shows from your phone. Please follow the following instruction to start streaming:

1. Make sure your TV is turned on and switched to the proper input for your Chromecast (HDMI mode).

2. Open an app that supports “Google Cast” like Netflix, Spotify, Youtube and more, and tap the cast button . The phone will automatically start searching for “nearby devices.”

If the phone is able to, it will automatically connect to the Chromecast that has Guest mode enabled. If the auto-pair doesn’t work, there will be an on-screen prompt to *enter the four-digit PIN generated earlier. The Guest mode PIN is available on the Chromecast backdrop on the TV.

Enter the PIN and tap Connect.

3. Once connected, you can send commands to the Chromecast just as if you were on same network, including managing content queues, switching apps and even pausing and playing remotely from the phone.

Please note: If you own an iPhone and are not able to use guest mode, please contact reception to be provided the direct chromecast network.

BREAKFAST:

Monday-Saturday: Continental 07:30am-11:30am/Hot Breakfast 08:00-11:30am. Sunday: Continental 07:30am-11:30am/ Hot Breakfast 09:00am-11:30am. To continue with safety and health efforts breakfast will be available for grab & go. If you booked direclty from our website your breakfast is included.
Covid update: Our restaurant is fully prepared and has strict health and safety measurements to keep you safe. Grab and Go breakfast will be available for guests only from 7:30 am. Room service remains available on request.

CHECK OUT TIME:

Check Out time is 11am. Generally we do not authorise late check outs but we will gladly hold luggage in the reception area if required.
Covid update: Check out box to drop off to ensure a contactless experience.

HAIRDRYERS:

All rooms are supplied with hairdryers, usually you will find this in the drawers; please contact reception if you need one. Our live chat is 24hrs available online or you can simply dial “0” from your room phone.

HOUSEKEEPING:

Housekeepers are in-house between the hours 09:00-14:00 daily. If you do not wish to be disturbed, please hang the sign provided on your door. Please do not leave any personal belongings on your bed if you would like it to be remade.
Covid update: Rooms are fogged with pharmaceutical standard devices, before and after each clean. Then the room will be sealed and cleaned after check-out. Fresh towels will be provided by the door on request.

IRONING:

There is an ironing board and iron in every room. Usually you will find this in your wardrobe or close by.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF:

Reception is more than happy to hold your bags in the lobby throughout the day. Please note that these items are left at your own risk.

NON GUESTS:

It is prohibited to invite anyone that is not a guest of the hotel into your rooms.

PARKING:

The nearest car park to our hotel is Fleet Street Car Park at Temple Bar area, 5 minutes walk away from us. In order to receive these Special Parking Rates, please ensure you get your rebate ticket when you check out at Reception Desk in Dublin Citi Hotel. Learn more.

PETS:

Unfortunately, we don’t count with the facility and amenities to welcome furry friends. The hotel prohibits animals and pets throughout the entire building.

RESTAURANT TIMES:

Breakfast is served from 7:30am.

Lunch is served from 12:00-15:00 Monday to Saturday and full A la Card dinner menu is available between 12:00-21:00 daily. (Fri-Sat until 21:30).

Covid update: Our restaurant is fully prepared and has strict health and safety measurements to keep you safe. Bar will be opening from 1:00pm in the reopening phase but will be available for grab and go breakfast for guests only from 7:30 am. Check out our menu.

ROOM SERVICE:

SAFETY DEPOSITS:

There are no safes in any of rooms. If you have any small items you need stored there is a small safe in reception.

TAXIS:

We deal with a reliable taxi company If you require transport, please dial “0” or contact us via live chat and reception will gladly arrange this for you.

TRAVEL ADAPTORS:

European, USA and China adapters may be available at reception at not extra cost. Please return upon departure.

TRINITY BAR & VENUE:

The bar is open from 07:30am for food. Alcohol is served Mon-Thu from 10:30am until 1:30am. Fri-Sat 10:30am to 2:30am and Sundays 12:30pm to 11:30pm. Live Music can be heard every night. Contact the bar on “121” for more information.

Covid Update: The restaurant is open from 07:30am for guests only grab and go breakfast. Bar will be open Mon-Thu 1:00pm until 11pm. Fridays from 10:00 am-midnight, Saturdays 10:00 am till midnight and Sundays from midday until 8:00pm.

Wireless internet is available throughout the entire hotel. The network name is Dublin Citi Hotel accesing with dublinciti code, you can also connect to Trinity Bar Venue open WIFI.
